Our line of ultra-sensitive gas sensing instruments addresses many needs in the detection of trace gases in medical, environmental, industrial, and national security applications. Based on laser spectroscopy, our instruments are distinguished by their unmatched combination of high sensitivity and high selectivity, i.e. their ability to reliably measure the concentration of species of interest in the presence of multiple interferent species that typically confound competing sensors.

Our revolutionary line of mid-infrared laser systems offers world-leading output power and unmatched ease of operation. Our laser systems are based on our proprietary quantum cascade lasers, available in the wavelength range between 4 and 12 microns. Our flagship high power systems produce more than 2 W of continuous wave power at room temperature, and offer true turn-key operation using nothing more than a standard electrical outlet. Our infrared illuminator products provide up to 100 mW of power in a handheld package with battery life up to 20 hours.
